DESCRIPTION

SPEC PROFESSIONAL 3 IN 1 is an interior finish with washability and brunish resistance. The ultimate choice for interior coating, with the luxurious feel of sheen finish. SPEC PROFESSIONAL 3 IN 1 was designed for environmentally preferred product with maximum performance. It’s highly recommended for both residential & commercial application including: home, office building, hotel, condominium and public building.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be coated must be clean and free of dirt, efflorescence, chalk, from release agents, oil, grease, rust, flaking paint or any other surface contaminate the could affect proper adhesion. Dirt, chalk & efflorescence should be removed by power washing. From release agents, oil & grease should be cleaned. Rust must be removed by abrasive blasting, tool cleaning or vigorous hand. Glossy surfaces must be dulled by lightly sanding. Any exposed substrate should be primed with the appropriate primer. All cracks & voids must be filled with an appropriate caulk or patching compound.

APPLICATION

Stir well before use. Apply by brush, roller or airless spray (thinning may be required) Note: When thinning an additional coat may be required to achieve the specified film build and subsequent fire protection

DILUTION RATIO

– 1st coat dilute with clean water 10% (by brush or roller)

– 2nd & 3rd coat dilute with clean water 5% (by brush or roller)

CLEANING

Return surplus material to container. Wash with clean water immediately after use.
